A Licensed Colorist is responsible for delivering high-quality hair color services, consultations, and styling to ensure guest satisfaction. They promote a positive guest experience, foster teamwork, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultations and a variety of hair services including coloring, shampooing, styling, and chemical treatments.
• Assist guests in selecting suitable products and color options, ensuring timely service delivery.
• Achieve sales targets through service upselling, retail products, memberships, and subscriptions.
• Maintain cleanliness, inventory, and adherence to company protocols.
• Support training and development of junior team members.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the applicable state.
• At least 1 year of professional experience as a colorist.

Skills

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.

Requirements

• Standing, walking, bending, and manual dexterity are essential.
