About the role
HoneyBaked is hiring for a part-time or seasonal position. Schedules are designed to fit around school, family, and other commitments.
Responsibilities
- Aid in answering phones, catering, in-store lunch, and retail ham and turkey inquiries.
- Prepare food items, including lunch, catering, and retail ham and turkey.
- Showcase superior product knowledge and communicate product features and benefits effectively.
- Promote additional sales through suggestion selling.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized store.
- Be productive and responsible for tasks within their control during their shift.
- Comply with all company processes and procedures, including safety, security, and respectful workplace policies.
Requirements
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service, food preparation, or a related field is preferred.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, stooping, standing, twisting, and lifting up to 65 pounds.

Pay
Year-round associate pay ranges from the state minimum wage to $16 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
Stores are open Monday - Saturday from 9:30AM to 6:30PM and are closed on Sunday.
