Colorado Store Associate Year-Round

About the role

HoneyBaked is hiring for a variety of flexible part-time and seasonal positions. Schedules are designed to accommodate students, teachers, retirees, and anyone needing to work around school, family, or other commitments.

Responsibilities

• Aid in answering phones, catering, in-store lunch, and retail ham and turkey inquiries.
• Prepare food items, including lunch, catering, and retail ham and turkey.
• Showcase superior product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
• Promote additional sales through suggestion selling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to merchandising standards.
• Be proactive and remain productive throughout the shift, taking responsibility for activities within your control.
• Comply with all company processes and procedures, including safety, security, and respectful workplace policies.

Requirements

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior customer service or food preparation experience is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant, retail, customer service, grocery, or hotel setting is beneficial.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Product knowledge and ability to articulate product features and benefits.
• Ability to multitask and maintain productivity.

Pay

Year-round associate pay ranges from the state minimum wage to $16 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Stores are open Monday - Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and are closed on Sunday.
