About the role
HoneyBaked is hiring for a part-time or seasonal position. Schedules are designed to fit around school, family, and other commitments.
Responsibilities
- Aid in answering phones, catering, in-store lunch, and retail ham and turkey inquiries.
- Prepare food items, including lunch, catering, and retail ham and turkey.
- Showcase superior product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Drive sales through suggestion selling and take initiative to remain productive throughout the shift.
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to merchandising standards.
- Follow all company processes and procedures, including safety, security, and respectful workplace policies.
Requirements
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior customer service or food preparation experience is preferred, but not required.
