About the role

Thrive Health Systems is seeking experienced Chiropractic doctors to join as Executive Doctors. These doctors will partner in business, aiming to generate over $500,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and communicate with patients
• Treat patients to achieve measurable health outcomes
• Lead and train a team
• Communicate effectively to convert patients into clients
• Train and hold team members accountable
• Help patients understand their condition and motivate action
• Ensure business systems are on track

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a practicing chiropractor
• Proven ability to manage a team and communicate effectively
• Strong leadership skills and integrity
• Expert knowledge to lead patients from sickness to health

Qualifications

• Track record of success in healthcare and business
• Ability to communicate and sell effectively
• Passion for natural healthcare and helping patients regain their health

Pay

$180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
