Color Max Srl, an Abruzzo-based leader in the sale and distribution of paints and equipment for construction, automotive body shops, and industrial markets, has acquired full control of Color Car Srl in Spoleto (PG). This follows the 2025 acquisition of Ternicolor in Terni and is part of a broader growth strategy to enhance operational synergies, expand offerings, and strengthen commercial presence in strategic areas.
With decades of experience, a focus on high-performance products, and partnerships with global paint and equipment manufacturers, Color Max has built strong customer trust. The company operates from its headquarters in Atessa (Chieti) and branches in Moscufo (Pescara), L’Aquila, Giulianova (Teramo), Montesilvano (Pescara), Sant'Ilario d'Enza (Reggio Emilia), Collecchio (PR), and Terni (via Ternicolor). Color Car specializes in wholesale distribution of paints, accessories, and equipment for automotive body shops.
In 2025, Color Max reported revenues of approximately €20 million with 57 employees. Including Ternicolor, consolidated pro-forma revenues reached €23 million. For 2026, consolidated pro-forma revenues are projected to rise to around €28 million.
