Farrow & Ball is seeking a talented Color Consultant to join our dynamic team in Santa Monica, Downtown Los Angeles, United States of America. This position offers a competitive salary of $25.00-$26.00 per hour plus an additional bonus per hour, permanent full-time status, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their color preferences and needs
• Provide expert advice on paint colors and finishes
• Offer guidance on interior design and decoration
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Art, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Passion for color and interior design
