Responsibilities

• Help define the look and feel of the most innovative, highest-performing bikes in the world.
• Shape the visual identity of the bikes ridden by thousands and raced on the biggest stages in the world by the greatest athletes alive.
• Lead the creative vision that captures Specialized’s performance DNA through color, material, and finish.
• Bring emotion, craft, and innovation together in perfect balance from everyday rides to race-day execution.

Qualifications

• Passion for cycling and a deep understanding of its culture and community.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your work in graphic design, concept art, or related fields.
• Experience in brand identity, packaging, or product design.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and marketers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
