Colon and Rectal APP

About the Role

Health First is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our new Colorectal Program at Health First Medical Group in Melbourne, FL. This full-time, employed role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a shared hospital call rotation, blending inpatient and outpatient care. The position includes a significant focus on in-office procedures such as ligators, banding, and anal-rectal manometry, with opportunities to build long-term relationships with chronic-care patients.

Requirements

• Active or eligible for licensure as a PA-C or AGACNP in the State of Florida
• Current NCCPA Certification for PAs or ANCC certification for APRNs
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Case/procedure logs for credentialing
• Surgical experience preferred

Schedule
