About the role

The AWS Global Data Center Supply Solutions Team is seeking a Colocation Lease Analyst based in Seattle, Austin, or DC. This role reports directly to the Colo CPM Manager and involves managing the Colocation lifecycle from intake/quality control (QC) through lease termination and/or renewal.

Responsibilities

• Manage Colocation lifecycle from intake/ QC through lease termination and/or renewal
• Support the existing and expanding data center portfolio
• Work independently with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exhibit high-level financial and colocation acumen in a fast-paced environment with high ambiguity

Qualifications

• 4+ years of property management, asset management, portfolio management, and/or real estate financial analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or another related field preferred

Pay

Base salary range: $77,300.00 - $135,300.00 USD annually
