Collision Repair Technician

About the role

S & A Paint and Repair is hiring an experienced A-Level Collision Technician. We are an independent, premium collision repair facility in Lititz, PA.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs
• Follow OEM repair procedures
• Complete blueprint-driven repairs
• Use frame equipment and measuring systems properly
• Repair modern vehicles with advanced materials
• Work with estimators, parts, and production team members to keep repairs moving correctly
• Take ownership of your work from teardown through repair completion

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of collision repair experience required.
• A-Level Experience is strongly preferred.
