Role Overview
The Refinish Technician ensures high-quality vehicle refinishing to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition, contributing to customer satisfaction and repair excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Review incoming body work for quality and completeness
- Mix, color match, and refinish vehicles accurately
- Complete all refinishing tasks as per work orders
- Maintain paint inventory and utilize safety equipment
- Collaborate with team during daily meetings and coordinate with production schedules
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- 2-5+ years of collision repair experience
- Proficiency in all refinishing steps and attention to quality
- Strong production capability and safety awareness
- I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus
