About the role

A Collision Estimator at the Marietta Toyota Collision Center serves as the trusted advisor who guides customers through the repair process from estimate to delivery. You’ll work with customers, insurance companies, and technicians to ensure repairs are accurately documented, clearly communicated, and completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the repair process from estimate to delivery
• Work directly with customers, insurance companies, and technicians
• Ensure repairs are accurately documented and clearly communicated
• Serve as the trusted advisor throughout every repair
• Help ensure repairs are completed to the highest standards

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to explain repairs clearly
• A problem solver who enjoys helping people
• Great work ethic and a “can do” attitude in the face of change
• Comfort working with customers, insurance companies, and technicians
• The ability to work flexible hours, including Monday – Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
