Estimated $55,000 - $78,000 Annually! In the event that total compensation in a pay period is less than minimum wage, clocked hours will be calculated with a guarantee of applicable local or state minimum wage, whichever is greater. Supplemental Pay This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The "Our Commitment" paragraph about Boyd Group etc is EEO? It's about diversity, but maybe considered EEO boilerplate. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. So we should remove that paragraph. Also "AI Disclosure Statement" maybe not needed? It's not EEO but maybe considered legal? It's a statement about AI usage; not required. Probably remove as it's not substantive job content. Also "About Us" maybe okay? It's company description; could be considered substantive? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." About Us is not boilerplate; it's company info. Could keep. However we need to decide sections. We have sections: About the role (maybe from first paragraph about company and role?), Responsibilities (Key Job Responsibilities), Requirements (Minimum Education And/or Experience Required For The Job), Qualifications (maybe Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities), Skills (maybe overlapping), Benefits (Benefits That Drive Your Success), Pay (Compensation Details), Schedule (maybe not present). There's no explicit schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to list responsibilities as bullet points. The responsibilities list is a run-on sentence; we need to split into items. Let's parse: "Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details" "Provide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring that they receive excellent customer service" "Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics" "Ensure compliance with all WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery" "Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members" "Provides positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone" "Understanding of all required Insurance programs and procedures" "Participate in daily “production walks” with the Management Team, as required" "Support all team members when required" "Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meeting (if required)" "Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager" We need to keep each as

  • . Now Minimum Education And/or Experience Required For The Job: "Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines High School Diploma or equivalent Awareness of where to look for answers Basic Computer Skills Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience". This is a list; we can bullet. Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: "Awareness of where to look for answersBasic Computer Skills Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training Valid Driver’s License". Note duplication with previous; but we keep as given. We could combine? But instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep both sections as they appear, even if duplicated. However we could keep them separate as Requirements and Qualifications. Now Benefits: list after colon: "Annual Paid Time Off (PTO) plans2 weeks of Paid Parental Leave for Full time Employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week6 paid holidays annuallyMedical, Prescription Drug, Dental & Vision Insurance effective Day 1401(k) Retirement Plan with company matchEmployer Paid Short-Term Disability & Life InsuranceAdditional Voluntary Life InsuranceContinuing Education OpportunitiesFree Prescription or Non-Prescription Safety Glasses annuallyAnnual Voluntary Uniform StipendVoluntary Daily Pay option available". Need to split into items. The text lacks punctuation; we need to infer items. Let's split by capital letters maybe? Let's manually list: - Annual Paid Time Off (PTO) plans - 2 weeks of Paid Parental Leave for Full time Employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week - 6 paid holidays annually - Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental & Vision Insurance effective Day 1 - 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match - Employer Paid Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance - Additional Voluntary Life Insurance - Continuing Education Opportunities - Free Prescription or Non-Prescription Safety Glasses annually - Annual Voluntary Uniform Stipend - Voluntary Daily Pay option available Note "Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental & Vision Insurance effective Day 1" (they wrote Day 1401(k) but actually "Day 1" then "401(k)". We'll split accordingly. Now Pay: "Compensation Details Commissions for this position are calculated based on location and revenue metrics, sales and individual performance, subject to the terms of the plan. Estimated $55,000 - $78,000 Annually! In the event that total compensation in a pay period is less than minimum wage, clocked hours will be calculated with a guarantee of applicable local or state minimum wage, whichever is greater. Supplemental Pay This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives." We need to put as prose

. Possibly separate paragraphs? We'll keep as one

containing all. Now About the role: maybe we can include introductory paragraph about company and role: The first paragraph about company and "Our Commitment" (but we removed EEO). Actually we removed the Boyd Group commitment paragraph (EEO). The first paragraph: "Company: Gerber Collision & Glass Great Teams Don’t Happen by Accident Built with Intent. Driven by YOU. At the Gerber Collision & Glass, our teams work to provide the elite infrastructure and supportive environment you need to Be the Best and outperform at every touchpoint in collision and glass services. As we continue to grow and lead the industry, we ensure you have the resources and the team behind you to move your career forward. Ready to grow with a team that’s built for your success? Apply today." This includes marketing fluff; we can keep as prose under About the role. Also there is "Job Description" paragraph about Estimator responsibilities. Could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. We already have Responsibilities section; we could keep the Job Description paragraph as part of About the role (overview). Let's treat About the role as the introductory narrative: combine the company fluff and the Job Description paragraph (the Estimator’s primary responsibility...). We'll put as

. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for each section we include. Sections we will include: - About the role (

    About the role

    ) - Responsibilities (

    Responsibilities

    ) - Requirements (

    Requirements

    ) - Qualifications (

    Qualifications

    ) - Benefits (

    Benefits

    ) - Pay (

    Pay

) We will not include Schedule as no info. Now ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Good. Now format:
