About the role

Crash Champions is the largest founder-led multi-shop operator (MSO) of high-quality collision repair service in the U.S., with over 650 state-of-the-art locations in 38 states. The company also operates Crash Champions LUXE | EV Certified centers for highline and luxury EV repair.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process, ensuring Crash Champions’ quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers fully informed and updated on vehicle status, delivering the best possible experience.
• Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork, address file exceptions, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are met.

Requirements

• Customer service skills.
• Organization and multitasking abilities, with strong time management and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of working with insurance partners (preferred).
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One preferred, Mitchell & Audatex).

Pay

Competitive compensation ranging from $65,000 to $145,700 per year, inclusive of monthly sales incentive bonuses. Actual offer will vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
