Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off through delivery.
- Prepares estimates for customers and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
- Partners with insurance companies to manage customer claims and ensure the best customer experience.
- Maintains communication with customers, providing updates on the repair process.
- Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of damages are identified.
- Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
- Performs quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone, and in-person.
- Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
- Familiarity with estimating systems (CCC1 preferred).
- I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Successful completion of background check required.

Physical & Environmental Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands and is required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk occasionally for long periods at a time. Pay
$70,000 - $100,000 (commission-based, dependent on expected sales volume)
