Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for customers at our collision center. The CSR plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience by coordinating customer intake, managing communication between departments, and assisting with administrative tasks.Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person and over the phone with a professional and courteous attitude.
- Schedule appointments for vehicle estimates and repairs.
- Collect and input customer and vehicle information into the management system.
- Provide updates to customers on repair status and timelines.
- Cook up coordination with estimators, technicians, and insurance adjusters to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Process payments and handle basic billing and invoicing tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role (automotive or collision industry a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems).
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
