Responsibilities Wash exterior and clean interior of Collision Center vehicles Keep the Collision Center lot neat, organized, and in accordance with dealership display standards Clean driveways and sidewalks; remove snow and debris as needed Assist with general shop maintenance (taking out garbage, sweeping, etc.) Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Ability to meet the physical demands of the position Benefits Weekends Off BCBS Health Insurance (PPO or HMO) for employees and eligible family members Paid Vacation Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Collaborative, family-oriented culture Promotion from within Overtime available Regular pay increases based on performance About The Company Pat Milliken Ford Inc has proudly operated in Redford, MI since 1959.
