Qualifications
- Driver’s License
- Clean DMV record
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Other: Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information, maintain professional personal appearance, and possess excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Basic Technology Skills (Email, Microsoft Office, Mobile Device etc.)
Physical Requirements

Job-Specific Expectations
- Place daily parts orders.
- Receive, stock, and distribute incoming parts.
- Inspect parts for damage within an hour of delivery.
- Mirror match parts to the vehicle to make sure they are correct.
- Post invoices into the management database.
- Track parts profitability to ensure the shop is receiving correct wholesale pricing.
- Ensure that credits are received for returned parts.
- Returns parts as needed and removes from inventory after credit is received.
- Returns cores in a timely manner and follows up for receipt of credit.
- Matches purchase orders and invoices, approves, and forwards to accounting office.
- Immediately attend to any parts issue that is stopping completion of repair.
- Track backordered parts and routinely follow up on status.
- Follow up on missed parts ETA’s every morning.
- Notify the manager of any shop-pay parts needed before they are ordered.
- Lot maintenance – keep the body shop parking lot and parts cage clean and orderly.
- Participate in all training programs made available.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Aid technician in pulling and storing parts.
- Participate in all training programs made available.
- Keep current on new products and product updates.
- Assist with additional duties as required.

Compensation Range
The expected pay for this position is $18 to $22 per hour per month and may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience.
