What You Can Do

We offer an IT College Program that provides firsthand experience and meaningful projects that have an impact on our business. Throughout the program, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals, receive professional development, and network opportunities that will expose you to various aspects of our industry.

Build Connections

• Work alongside our IT team that serves our customers, employees, and partners across North America and Canada.
• Coordinate and execute the end-to-end deployment of new laptop hardware for onboarding employees.
• Utilized a strong knowledge of Windows OS to configure user settings and resolve standard operating system errors.
• Provision and image corporate devices, ensuring all systems meet company security compliance and software baselines.
• Provide high-touch customer service support to end-users, to ensure a positive and efficient resolution experience.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a University pursuing a Bachelor's degree. Recent Graduate with degree.
