About the Role
The College of Medicine Philanthropic Initiatives Team seeks an Associate Director to be a vital partner in building philanthropic infrastructure for the college. This position will report to the Senior Director and serve as an essential liaison between the team and internal departments, budget officers, and College of Medicine departments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with departments and gift officers to support endowed and non-endowed lectureship/symposium events.
- Activate fund leveraging strategies and promote utilization efforts in the college.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Three years of related experience.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends based on departmental need.
Skills & Abilities

Pay
$48,214–79,560/year
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
