Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree, eligible for or active license to practice optometry in Missouri
- Experience with, or demonstrated potential to develop, innovative instructional strategies and technology
- Expertise in an area of emphasis and contemporary issues in optometry and healthcare
- Demonstrated experience in the effective dissemination of evidence-based practice and translating research into clinical care and education
- Experience teaching, providing clinical services to, and collaborating with students, patients, and colleagues.
Preferred
- Licensed to practice optometry in Illinois
- Completed an ACOE-accredited residency
