Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they enter the College of Business suite
- Contact stop-outs, returning students, non-registered students to improve enrollment
- Create marketing materials to promote college programs
- Organize and order supplies and other materials
- Help with marketing strategies to improve enrollment
- Review web pages and suggest updates
- Make recommendations for social media postings and work with marketing to ensure they are completed
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, copying, sorting, etc.
- Work independently under the supervision of the dean and administrative assistant
- Affiliate with the VIA program to develop Franciscan and Catholic programs
- Affiliate with college events, mailings, etc.
- Affiliate with faculty on individual projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Current USF student in good standing
- Typing skills
- Knowledge of computers including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Canva
- Good communication skills (both oral and written)
- All majors are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of social media
- Able to work independently with minimal direction
- Good problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Preference may be given to business majors or those interested in business
- Willingness to uphold the Catholic and Franciscan values of the University
Pay Rate
$15.00 per hour
