(Repeated later with LBS Recruitment team.) - EEO boilerplate: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. (Remove) We need sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (Essential Accountabilities), Requirements (maybe Minimum Qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe Desired Majors?), Skills (maybe Preferred experience?), Benefits (maybe housing not provided? Actually benefits: group health/dental, retirement, wellness, paid time away, paid holidays, remote work possibility). Pay (Compensation range). Schedule (duration, hours per week, dates). We must only include sections if there is real specific content. Let's extract: About the role: The summary paragraph describing program: 10-week paid internship, development workshops, network, meaningful projects, mentorship, etc. Also mention tracks, dates, hours, technical/non-technical area, development workshops, housing not provided. That is substantive. Responsibilities: Essential Accountabilities bullet list. Requirements: Could be Minimum Qualifications (High School diploma, proof of enrollment, good academic standing). Also maybe Physical Requirements? But we can treat Physical Requirements as part of Requirements or separate? The instruction says use sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map: - Requirements: basic eligibility (High School diploma, enrollment, good academic standing). Could also include physical requirements? Might be better to put physical requirements under Requirements as they are required abilities. - Qualifications: Desired Majors/Degree Programs list. - Skills: Preferred experience and skill list (communication, teamwork, project leading, multitask, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, proactive, self-motivated, MS Office, desktop computer). - Benefits: group health/dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away, paid holidays, remote work possibility (case-by-case). Also maybe mention that housing is not provided (that's not a benefit, it's a lack). So we include benefits as stated. - Pay: Compensation range $18.00-$20.00 per hour (Level I). Also note that actual salary varies etc. We'll include the range. - Schedule: 10-week summer internship from first Monday in June to second Friday in August, up to 40 hours per week. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual specifics. We must not repeat job title. We must output only HTML fragment, no /. Use
