What You'll Do
Provide client support for current users of SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Copilot AI, and other Microsoft 365 applications to assist with requests and questions. Investigate and resolve customer, system and technical issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and business systems by determining root cause, communicating to stakeholders, and implementing a timely solution. Gather and document client requirements on new requests. Work with Microsoft 365 administrators to build and implement solutions using standard features of Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint. Provide support for implemented solutions.
Education & Additional Requirements
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. Additional Requirements And Qualifications Preferred Knowledge & Skills: Skilled in the use of SharePoint and / or Microsoft 365 features to provide business solutions for collaboration and information sharing. Basic understanding of the practice of information management within a corporate setting Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface directly with clients. Capable of thinking outside-the-box to develop creative information management solutions. Outstanding presentation skills Deals well with ambiguity and is comfortable in a fast paced and evolving work environment. Results oriented. High degree of learning agility Team player Capable of taking abstract concepts and making them more concrete Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers Highly organized Experience in troubleshooting issues.

The Student Intern Program Requires Participants To Work A Minimum Of 15 Hours Per Week And Up To A Maximum Of 40 Hours Per Week
Scheduled Hours May Vary Based On Departmental Needs And Hiring Manager’s Discretion, Provided Hours Worked Remain Within The 15–40 Hour Weekly Range
Hybrid Workplace
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
