About the role
SRP is seeking a motivated College Intern to support our teams while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. This internship offers students the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world projects that support SRP’s commitment to delivering reliable, sustainable water and power services.
Responsibilities
- Perform invoice coding and ensure accurate entry into internal systems
- Complete data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Reconcile corporate card transactions
- Absorb inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Support inventory organization, clean-up, and data integrity efforts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within warehouse areas
- Provide support on special projects and additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computer systems
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Typing proficiency of at least 60 words per minute
- Ability to perform ten-key data entry
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- Strong communication skills
- Active listening ability
Qualifications
- College level coursework (100 or higher) from an accredited institution is preferred

Benefits
The student intern will receive $1000 per calendar year towards tuition assistance for both undergraduate and graduate programs.

Schedule
