About the role
A dedicated, student-centered College Counselor is needed to support the mission and values of Catholic education.
Responsibilities
- Guide students and families through the college search, application, and decision-making process
- Support students in discerning their academic and personal goals within a faith-filled environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in college counseling, school counseling, admissions, or secondary education preferred
- Knowledge of college admissions processes and trends
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, faculty, and college representatives
- Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education
