Major Responsibilities
- Identify high school juniors, seniors, or graduates who are college-bound.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to support college attainment and career exploration.
- Utilize community resources to support student access and success in college.
- Develop and convene small group sessions for students throughout the academic year.
- Enroll students in dual credit courses and input relevant information.
- Support employer partnerships and provide career workshops.
- Implement annual orientation and summer workshops for new student participants.
- Maintain accurate records and collect required information for each student.
- Develop and deliver required reports.
- Participate in ongoing tracking of outcomes, evaluation of services, and program development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years related experience in advising, career counseling, recruiting, or other student service-related jobs
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to initiate and balance multiple work projects
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in K-12 or college-level settings
- Training or teaching experience with young adults
Hiring Range
$35,000 - $45,000 annually based on experience.
