Responsible for collecting payments from customers, ensuring timely and accurate billing processes, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payment issues
- Process payments via phone, mail, and online channels
- Resolve disputes and provide refunds as necessary
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in customer service or a related field preferred
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for those working in a field-based capacity)
