About the role

Responsible for collecting payments from customers, ensuring timely and accurate billing processes, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payment issues
  • Process payments via phone, mail, and online channels
  • Resolve disputes and provide refunds as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in customer service or a related field preferred

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for those working in a field-based capacity)
