Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding billing and payment issues
  • Process payments through various channels including phone, email, and online
  • Follow up with customers to ensure payment is received in full
  • Resolve disputes and complaints related to billing and payment
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate billing information

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
