Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding billing and payment issues
- Process payments through various channels including phone, email, and online
- Follow up with customers to ensure payment is received in full
- Resolve disputes and complaints related to billing and payment
- Update customer records and maintain accurate billing information
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
