Responsibilities

  • Engage with members to discuss account statuses and payment options, ensuring a customer-centric experience
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, focusing on building rapport and understanding each member's unique situation
  • Analyze account histories to identify trends
  • Create personalized payment plans
  • Document interactions with precision to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Work closely with team members to share best practices
  • Participate in training sessions
  • Develop skills in resolving disputes amicably
  • Monitor account developments and report any significant concerns to the management team
  • Collectors are required to work until 7:00 PM one night per week
