Collections Specialist/Customer Service Representative

FBCS is growing and looking for non-experienced and experienced collectors to join their team. They offer a competitive pay and commission structure with no limits, starting at $15 to $20 an hour with the potential to earn up to $25 base pay plus commission. Weekly pay and bonuses are provided.

Responsibilities

• Contact consumers by phone on delinquent accounts to secure payment
• Negotiate repayment plans on outstanding debt from customers for national financial institutions
• Establish best possible payment arrangement based on consumer's financial capacity
• Maintain key performance indicators as outlined by management
• Comply with all State and Federal collection laws
• Communicate and negotiate with a variety of customers in various financial situations
• Maintain the high standards of professionalism and customer service expected by our clients
