About the role
Responsible for managing and processing collections from delinquent accounts to recover outstanding payments.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails related to collections
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and debtors
- Prepare and submit payment plans and agreements
- Monitor account status and take appropriate action to ensure timely collection
- Document all interactions and actions in the system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of collections experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of credit reporting agencies and industry regulations
