Collections Specialist
AccountingFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro "Why Choose Suddath..." and "What We Offer!" then description of role, duties, skills, etc. We need headings:
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. We have content about benefits (competitive wage, comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with matching, weekly pay for hourly, biweekly for salaried, PTO, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement). That's Benefits and Pay (pay details). Also schedule? Not mentioned. So we can have Benefits and Pay sections. Also we have Responsibilities (Essential Duties & Responsibilities). Also Skills (Job Skills Required). Also Qualifications (Education & Experience, Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability, Computer Operations, Planning/Organization, Certificates/Licenses, Working Conditions, Physical/Environmental Demands, etc). Might be too many thin sections; we should combine into fewer substantive sections: maybe "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits". The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can have sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. Pay could be part of Benefits. Schedule not present. So we omit Pay and Schedule sections.
We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is Collection Specialist. Not to be used as heading.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must include all details from posting, but we can combine similar items.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, cookie/navigation/legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes EEO statement at end; we must remove that. Also remove "For more information on our benefit offerings, please visit ..." maybe keep as part of Benefits? It's a link; we could keep but it's not substantive? It's a reference; we could keep as part of Benefits but maybe it's okay. The instruction: remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we remove the EEO paragraph. Also remove "The Suddath Companies is a multifaceted group..." maybe that's about company; could be part of About the role? It's descriptive of company; we can keep in About the role.
We need to preserve all substantive information: the intro about Why Choose Suddath, What We Offer, duties, skills, qualifications, etc.
We'll structure:
About the role
Intro paragraph(s) about Suddath, inclusive culture, etc.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Education & Experience, Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability, Computer Operations, Planning/Organization, Certificates/Licenses, Working Conditions, Physical/Environmental Demands, etc. Could be a list.

Benefits
- competitive wage, comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with company matching, weekly pay for hourly-paid employees, biweekly pay for salaried employees, Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid company holidays, tuition reimbursement plan, etc.

We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers.
