Collections Specialist

About the role

The Collections Specialist will play a crucial part in ensuring timely payments from our valued customers. This role involves maintaining positive relationships with clients, identifying overdue payments, reporting collection activities, addressing client queries, and developing repayment plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain trustful relationships with valued customers
• Identify overdue payments and report collection activity
• Address client queries
• Develop repayment plans
• Gain customer commitment to make payments on overdue accounts

Requirements

• Experience in collections or related field
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 2+ years of experience in collections or related field
