Collections Specialist

About the role

The Collections Specialist is responsible for managing customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices. This includes contacting customers to resolve payment issues, maintaining accurate records, and reporting on account status.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to discuss payment plans and resolve outstanding balances.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and payments.
• Prepare reports on account status and trends for management review.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 2 years of collections experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
