The Collections Specialist is responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices and to minimize credit risk. This role plays a critical part in maintaining healthy cash flow across an $80M revenue organization by proactively managing customer accounts, resolving billing discrepancies, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
