Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of past-due accounts and follow up with customers to collect outstanding balances.
- Handle billing inquiries by phone and email, documenting customer interactions and payment activity.
- Prepare write-offs and third-party collection referrals, while tracking account status and collection results.
- Work with internal teams to resolve billing issues, identify collection opportunities, and ensure company policies are followed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in collections, customer service, call center, or a similar environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and administrative skills.
- Associate's degree along with relevant work experience or a bachelor’s degree.
Benefits

$60k-$70k DOE
