Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and effectively communicate with clients to ensure timely payments
• Utilize systems to track outstanding payments, send reminders, and negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Collaborate closely with team members, sharing insights and strategies to enhance collection processes
• Handle various customer scenarios and adjust approach accordingly
• Document all interactions accurately to uphold accountability and integrity
• Participate in regular meetings with the team to foster communication and alignment with goals

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and tactfully while building rapport with clients
• Effective negotiation skills to navigate payment arrangements and resolve disputes with professionalism
• Keen eye for detail to track outstanding accounts and ensure accurate documentation
• Adaptability to encounter diverse customer responses and situations requiring quick thinking and flexible strategies
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a varied workload efficiently
• Problem-solving mindset to handle challenges creatively and effectively
• Must be authorized to work in the US at time of application without present or future visa sponsorship

Pay

Competitive pay range of $23–$27 per hour.

Schedule

Onsite Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm or 8:30 am–5:30 pm.
