We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes description of company, role impact, responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule. We need to use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, etc). Must include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections have content. Let's parse the posting: Company description: Consensus Cloud Solutions is a publicly traded... (company overview). Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe includes description of role impact. But we have "How You Will Impact The Organization…" which is about role impact. Could be "About the role" or "Responsibilities". The responsibilities are listed after that: Monitoring customer account details..., Researching..., Following up..., Developing..., Under supervision..., Maintaining..., Assisting..., Answer phone calls..., Perform other duties..., Consensus reserves right to add or change duties. So we can have a Responsibilities section with those bullet points. Requirements: "What You Will Bring To The Table…" includes 3+ years collections experience, 1+ years Oracle Financials, Intermediate Excel skills. Also "You will stand out if you also have…" includes Advanced Excel, CRM tools, demonstrated track record reducing DSO, SaaS experience. Also "Remote Roles Location requirements: Fully remote within the U.S. (Los Angeles or Las Vegas preferred.) Travel requirements: No travel Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time. Technology requirements: Reliable, high speed internet Eligible for sponsorship: No". Those could be qualifications or requirements. We can separate: Requirements (mandatory) and Qualifications (preferred) or Skills. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide which sections to include based on content. We have Pay: "Salaried Roles The salary range for this role is $53,000-$68,000 annually. The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits." So we have Pay and Benefits. Benefits: mention annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits. Could be Benefits section. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly; maybe remote role, no travel, but schedule not given. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting states it. It doesn't, so omit. About the role: Could include company description and role impact. But we already have responsibilities and maybe we can put company overview in About the role. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can include About the role with company overview and role impact. Then Responsibilities with duties. Then Requirements with mandatory qualifications. Then Qualifications with preferred/stand out. Then Skills maybe combine with Qualifications? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications; we could put mandatory in Requirements, preferred in Qualifications. Skills could be separate if we have skill-specific content like Excel, Oracle, CRM. But we already have those in Requirements/Qualifications. Might be redundant. Better to follow typical pattern: Requirements (mandatory), Qualifications (preferred), Skills (maybe technical skills). However we have limited distinct sections; we can combine. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, etc. Remove lines like "Consensus Cloud Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove "We offer many remote and hybrid career opportunities." That's maybe not boilerplate but could be considered generic; but it's about remote opportunities, maybe relevant to role? It mentions remote roles later. Might keep as part of About the role? But it's generic; but we can keep if it's substantive? It's about remote opportunities; but later they specify remote role location requirements. Might be okay to keep but could be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove generic statements like "We offer many remote and hybrid career opportunities." It's not specific to the role. We'll remove. Also remove "Consensus reserves the right to add or change duties at any time." That's boilerplate but it's about duties; maybe keep? It's a disclaimer; could be considered boilerplate. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This line is a legal disclaimer about duties; might be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove. Also remove "This job doesn't have an expiration date and will remain open until a qualified candidate is hired. We are not accepting agency submissions for this role." That's application instructions; remove. Now compile content. About the role: company description + role impact. Let's craft: Consensus Cloud Solutions is a publicly traded, leading digital cloud fax and interoperability solutions organization in the United States and globally, focusing on connecting and empowering healthcare providers, payers, care teams, and technology innovators to unify multiple systems that wouldn’t otherwise talk to each other. Founded over 25 years ago, Consensus leverages its technology heritage to move from simple digital documents to advanced healthcare standards (HL7/FHIR) for secure data transport, as well as Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to convert unstructured to structured, analytics-ready data, helping users unveil information that is meaningful and actionable for better patient care. Consensus leads the industry in data exchange solutions and we’re only getting started! With exciting new initiatives on the horizon, we are continuing our strategic expansion and we are looking to add to our diverse team of innovators. Now is the ideal time to join us in our mission to solve healthcare’s biggest challenges, and work collaboratively with a diverse team of like-minded self-starters and partners to accomplish it. How You Will Impact The Organization… We are looking for a Collections Specialist to join our Consensus Finance Operations team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with great attention to detail and customer service skills. The ability to be flexible with daily responsibilities, work independently but also in a team environment is very important. That could be About the role. Responsibilities: bullet list of duties. Requirements: mandatory: 3+ years of collections experience with a high volume of accounts (minimum 500 accounts). 1+ years of experience with Oracle Financials software. Intermediate Excel skills, including Lookups and Pivot Tables. Qualifications (preferred): Advanced Excel skills (e.g., macros, data modeling, or complex formulas like INDEX/MATCH) and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce. Demonstrated track record of reducing DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and managing escalated customer disputes independently. SaaS experience. Skills: maybe we can list technical skills: Oracle Financials, Excel (intermediate/advanced), CRM (Salesforce), knowledge of collections, etc. But we already have those. Could skip Skills section. Benefits: annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits. Also maybe mention remote work? But remote is location requirement. Could include remote as part of Benefits? Not exactly benefit. Could add a Remote Work note under Benefits? But instruction: only include section if posting has real specific content. Benefits section content: "The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits." That's benefits. Pay: salary range $53,000-$68,000 annually. Schedule: not present, omit. Location requirements: Fully remote within the U.S. (Los Angeles or Las Vegas preferred.) Travel requirements: No travel. Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time. Technology requirements: Reliable, high speed internet. Eligible for sponsorship: No. These could be placed under a section like "Requirements" or "Qualifications"? They are more about logistics. Could create a "Work Details" section but not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into Requirements or Qualifications? Might be better to add a "Details" section but not allowed. Could put under Requirements as additional bullets. But the instruction says use those headings; we can still include other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Safer to stick to those. We can incorporate location, travel, physical, tech, sponsorship into Requirements or Qualifications as bullets. Let's create Requirements: mandatory experience, Oracle, Excel, location (fully remote within US, LA/LV preferred), no travel, ability to sit long periods, high-speed internet, not eligible for sponsorship. Qualifications: preferred advanced Excel, CRM, DSO reduction, SaaS experience. Skills: maybe we can list specific skills: Collections, Oracle Financials, Excel, CRM, etc. But we already have. We could omit Skills section if redundant. Benefits: annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits. Pay: salary range. Now produce HTML. Structure:
