About the role
As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer accounts that are past due.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer accounts that are past due
- Communicate with customers to negotiate payment plans and collect outstanding balances
- Monitor account status and update records accordingly
- Prepare reports on collection activities and submit to management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of collections experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus

Pay
The salary range for this position is $30,000 - $40,000 annually.
