About the role
As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer accounts that are past due.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to collect overdue payments
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Research and resolve customer issues
- Prepare and submit collections reports
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or collections preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
