Job Overview

This role supports customers by helping them navigate early-stage financial challenges while providing excellent service. Key responsibilities include managing both inbound and outbound customer calls in a call center environment, working within an auto-dialer system, handling early-stage collections (1–30 days past due), averaging 80–120+ calls per day, providing financial guidance and solutions to customers, and supporting consumer loan and credit card accounts.

Schedule

  • Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (MT)
  • First week onsite: Monday – Saturday (5-day workweek), Shifts: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (MT) or 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (MT) (varies seasonally)

Work Environment

  • Hybrid model after training
  • Onsite requirement limited to ~1 week per quarter
  • Majority of work performed remotely from home
  • Structured, team-oriented call center environment with support and coaching

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.85 - $20.85/hr.
