Collections Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Credit & Collections Collector to join a premier automotive company in Torrance, CA. The position is ON-SITE and requires commuting to Torrance, CA.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring assigned portfolios of AHM customer accounts for payment timeliness and tracking aging and payments.
• Routinely following up with customers via email and phone to ensure compliance with payment terms and address delinquencies.
• Collaborating with associates within the Credit and Collections department and other Honda business units to resolve order and payment discrepancies.

Requirements

• A High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in business or accounting.
• 3-5 years of experience in collections and working with B2B customers.
• Exceptional relational, conflict resolution, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP systems (SAP), and specialized CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in collections and working with B2B customers.

Skills

• Relational, conflict resolution, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills.

Pay

$23 - $28/hr based on experience.

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.
