Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a research team
- Develop and implement research strategies and goals
- Collaborate with external partners and funding agencies
- Manage budgets and resources for research projects
Requirements
- PhD in Environmental Science or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in research management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
