What You'll Do
- Oversee underwriting decisions and portfolio health
- Maintain compliance with company policies and standards
- Monitor and improve delinquency and charge-offs
- Forecast performance metrics
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
What We're Looking For
- Consumerfinance/collections leadership experience
- Subprime lending experience is a plus
- Proven ability to lead teams and hit performance targets
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset
Schedule
No Sundays
42-48 hours per week
Store Hours
Store Hours: 9AM-7PM (Mon-Fri), 9AM-4PM (Saturday)
