Collections Associate - Bilingual

About the role

autoMHatic Financial (formerly Tammac Holdings) is a private‑equity‑backed leader in specialty lending, focusing on manufactured‑home loans. The company leverages automation and AI to deliver instant loan decisions and a state‑of‑the‑art mobile app, aiming to lead the manufactured‑homes lending space.

Location: Wayne, PA (approximately 6 minutes from KOP Mall). Reports to the Collections Team Lead.

Responsibilities

• Place calls to past‑due customers, attorneys, and authorized third parties to collect past‑due payments.
• Reduce delinquency and minimize losses.

Requirements

• Collections and call‑center experience.
• Customer‑centered mindset.
• Self‑starter with a keen eye for detail.
• Understanding of data confidentiality.

Pay

Up to $23.00 per hour, plus eligibility for a monthly incentive. Additional compensation may be available for bilingual proficiency.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, full‑time schedule. Two late shifts per week (currently 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM), with flexible days based on team coverage. One shift per week can be worked remotely after training is completed. Most associates use their remote day for one of the two weekly late shifts. One Saturday shift per month (currently the last Saturday of each month, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM). Schedule may be adjusted per business needs.
