Collections Associate

Job Duties

• Retain our customers by resolving their past due balance with a negotiated payment arrangement or refinance.
• Service inbound and outbound collection calls to resolve customer loan balances.
• Predictable and reliable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
• Requires extensive product, system, process and site knowledge.
• Able to work in a call center team, either remotely or on-site, and work cohesively and professionally with company peers and members of management.
• Able to meet goals and standards set by the management team.
• Continually look for ways to improve processes and procedures that will increase efficiency and/or minimize expense or loss exposure.
• Maintain and provide excellent service and superior experience for all.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of collections experience.
• Additional call center experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college preferred.

Pay

Starting at $18 per hour.

Schedule

8-hour shift. 9am-6pm M-F with an hour for lunch.

Supplemental Pay

Generous bonus potential. Sign on bonus paid in two payments of $250, the first at 90 days of employment and the second at 6 months of employment. Bonus payments subject to normal payroll taxes.
