The Primary responsibility of the Collections Associate is to contact commercial credit account customers for payment information on past-due invoices. Responsibilities Contact customers by telephone, mail, fax, or email to identify disputes, if any, and arrange payment for overdue invoices.Review held credit account orders daily and decision.Determine when to place pending orders on hold due to delinquent invoices or other credit reasonsManually enter invoices in customer portals, when required.Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Qualification Requirements High school diploma and at least one year of previous collection experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others internally and externally.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Basic personal computer skills including using internet browsers, and experience working with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel software applications.Ability to work effectively with team members to accomplish desired goals, especially during peak order times. Pay Rate The pay range below is provided in compliance with state/city specific laws. This pay range applies to this location. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
