About the role

We seek a full-time Collection Agent in our Fort Worth office.

Responsibilities

• Collecting balances
• Negotiating payment plans
• Collecting payments via credit card or direct debit via phone
• Logging every contact attempt and the outcome of the contact
• Updating system when debts are satisfied
• Review all applicable rules and practice standards to ensure compliance

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred but not required
• 1 year of sales, customer service, or telemarketing experience is preferred but not required
• Previous debt collection experience is preferred but not required

Pay

$18–$20 USD per hour
